This command allows efficiently copying files from host to container(s).

  ishmael ~ # bastille cp ALL /tmp/resolv.conf-cf etc/resolv.conf

  [unbound0]:

  [unbound1]:

  [squid]:

  [nginx]:

  [folsom]:

Unless you see errors reported in the output the `cp` was successful.
